There will be nine aid stations along the course to aid runners. They will be competing with each other for the Best Aid Station award. They will cheer you on! Refreshments at the finish.

Both Gatorade and water will be available at the aid stations. The aid stations are situated about every 3 1/2 miles. If you feel you need more water than that, please carry your own.

Port-a-Pots will be located at the start, at the west entrance to Glade Park, at Highland View, at the finish and at Rim Rock Adventures. The restrooms at the Visitor's Center will also be open for use.
